Gateway to precision manufacturing

From a baseline, a drawing or just a physical part to a certified finished component. We engineer the job, prepare and manage qualified machining and fabrication workshops, and deliver with a Certificate of Conformity.

We close the gap between those who need precision parts and those who can make them

Large companies want sensitive parts made outside. Skilled workshops have the machines, but rarely a manufacturing engineer. Microngate stands in between and makes the job work for both. Choose a side to see what that means for you.

One accountable workflow, from baseline to CoC

Nine steps, each with a clear output. If there is no 3D model or drawing, we start by scanning the part.

    Services

Use one service or hand us the whole job. Either way, you deal with one engineering partner.

    Manufacturing engineering as a service

Process plans, routings, CAM programming, fixture design and cycle-time estimates, ready for the workshop to run.

    NPI and industrialization

From prototype to series production: process planning, first-article inspection, then a stable, repeatable process.

    Reverse engineering

No data? We scan the part, build the 3D model and 2D drawings, and verify material and design.

    Build-to-print job packs

Your drawing or model turned into a complete package any qualified workshop can produce from.

    Supplier development

We audit workshops, close their gaps and qualify them to work with large customers.

    Welding and fabrication engineering

Welding procedures (WPS/PQR), welder qualification and fabrication planning.

    Quality documentation

First article inspection (AS9102 FAIR), inspection reports, material certificates and the final CoC.

    Design for manufacturing

DFM and cost reviews that make parts easier and cheaper to produce before the first cut.

    Durability upgrades

Better materials, coatings and design details for parts that wear or fail too early.

    Capabilities

Every claim is checked before metal is cut: geometry, material, strength and flow.

    3D laser scanning and metrology

Industry-leading laser scanners capture the exact geometry of every part, including free-form surfaces, worn areas and fine details. Scans become parametric 3D CAD and 2D drawings, and colour deviation maps show exactly how a part wears in service.

    20 µmscan accuracy, up to
    Non-contactno risk to the part

Combined with CMM for datum features and CT scanning for internal geometry.

    Structural and life analysis

To verify design and material, we run back-to-back analyses: the original and the upgraded part under the same loads, temperatures and speeds, plus documented engineering assumptions. The difference shows the real effect of every change.

    CFD analysis

For flow-path parts such as stators and vanes, a small geometry error changes throat area, mass flow and exit angle. We validate our data in CFD before manufacturing, so flow behaviour is proven on screen, not in your machine.

    Precision manufacturing

Leading-edge German and Japanese 5-axis machining centres, world-class cutting tools for superalloys and titanium, and custom fixtures for repeatable setups. Every new part runs through a structured NPI process.
